Can you give training to lots of clients moving to an upgraded software package (rolling out an upgrade to up to 300 clients over 12 months)? Are you engaging and personable? The project is to roll out an upgrade (a new, improved version of the software) to established clients across approximately 300 client sites in an efficient manner which enhances the customer s perception of value and their experience generally.

Skills Requirements

Some of the functions required over a typical week will include: Delivery of standardised systematic training modules in a focussed scenario, to a high level of professionalism. Ensure customers satisfaction following training. Be a brand ambassador for Keyhouse in all client interactions. Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to upsell other Keyhouse products. Collate and compile customer feedback and integrate that feedback
