Liffey Sound 96.4FM, lucan’s not- for- profit Community Radio Station, has been broadcasting for the past 10 years in a totally voluntary capacity. It has now secured funding from Pobal to employ two people to further develop the service it provides to an ever expanding and diversified community.
We are therefore seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
Station Manager and *Technical Support Officer

*Please Note: For this particular position, the person must currently fall into one of the following categories:
Unemployed persons in receipt of jobseekers’ benefit, jobseekers’ assistance or one parent family payment, Persons in receipt of disability allowance (or other disability benefit), invalidity pension or blind persons pension , Travellers in receipt of jobseekers’ benefit or jobseekers’ assistance or one parent family benefit, Stabilised and recovering drug mis users, People employed from Community Employment (CE) and Job Initiatives (JI) schemes are deemed eligible, Ex-prisoners.
