An established design company in Waterford is looking for a Web Developer with experience in PHP Web Development. You will be tasked with leading and growing a team of Web Developers, so experience and strong leadership is required. Your Responsibilities, include but are not limited to : Participating in the architecture, design, development and launching of web applications; Ensuring that all technical requirements for new projects are captured, estimated, designed and implemented; Working independently on assigned components and tasks; Maintaining existing web applications; Identifying and resolving any production issues; Maintaining quality control of web design and standards, ensuring best practices are followed; Continually improving workflow and team efficiency; Working with colleagues to grow the overall business. Skills Requirement: 5 years experience with object oriented PHP; WordPress theme and plugin development; Advanced knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, XML and CSS;
