American College Dublin seeks an admission office administrator with a minimum of two years office experience to deal with college admissions (following up on student applications, contacting new student leads, answering telephone calls, greeting visitors and prospective applicants and discussing with them the College?s programmes) and also performing administrative tasks in support of the admissions office. The applicant should have excellent computer skills in Microsoft office, Social Media, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and a pleasant and professional telephone manner. They should be energetic and highly organized in the performance of administrative tasks and follow-up.
