Invites applications for the position of: Community Based Afterschool Coordinator (Fixed term contract to December 18th 2015- 20 hours per week)

Qualification – the ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor of Education B.Ed or other relevant qualifications /experience( Applied Social Science, Youth and Community work etc)
In exceptional circumstances, a candidate may be appointed who does not hold a degree but who possesses a high level of education and a considerable amount of job-related experience in the area of work.

Work experience

Minimum of 5  years work experience  in relevant field
Coordination and management of afterschool team.
Delivery of high quality homework support
Experience of working with disadvantaged and marginalised groups
Experience of working with Travellers or other ethnic groups
Experience of working within the Education sector
Demonstrate an ability to work from an anti-bias, anti racist and equality perspective
