Lourdes Youth & Community Services Ltd (LYCS) is a community development organisation which operates through four programmes of work: Community Training Centre, Childcare, Youth and Adult Education Programme.

Community Training Centre

Mathematics Tutor (Contract hours circa: 25 to 35 hours per week).

The role:

Deliver FETAC level 3 and 4 Mathematics, Business Studies, Office Procedures modules.
Work with a team to develop and provide training and education programmes at FETAC Levels 3 and 4.

Prospective candidates will need to have: relevant qualification; previous experience of working with young people (early school leavers) and delivering accredited training; working in a community based environment, and be willing to deliver training in an innovative and flexible manner.

Rate of pay: Please state your desired hourly rate on your cover letter.  Payment will be made on receipt of an invoice from a company or individual with current Tax Clearance Certificate.

Contracts will be for a fixed duration, and may be renewed as appropriate and is dependent on funding.
