An Cosán are recruiting for a Pedagogy Lead for their Virtual Community College. VCC is a new and innovative initiative of An Cosán, West Tallaght, focusing on scaling their model of community education at a national level using a blended learning model.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Virtual Community College, the Pedagogy Lead will provide pedagogical leadership to the virtual community college programmes. The role includes responsibility for research and online course development and teaching; alongside building and maintaining partnerships with community organisations, educational institutions and other relevant stakeholders.
