Essential qualifications and core experience:
A minimum of five years full-time experience of working with young people at risk, preferably in a range of settings.
and
Either a professionally endorsed qualification in Youth and Community Work, or a relevant degree, or the applicant is currently undertaking professionally endorsed youth and community work training.
and
Experience of managing staff.
