1 x Full-Time (37.5 Hours) Social Care & Education Support Practitioner – 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Requirements:
A professionally endorsed qualification in Youth Work and Community Work and/ or a professionally endorsed qualification in Social Care/ Equivalent on the National Framework of Qualifications.
Proven experience in working directly with older young people and an understanding of the key issues facing young people, in disadvantaged areas.
Competency in planning, developing and delivering programmes aimed at young people.
Experience working in collaboration with other organisations and services.
Competent working independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational, administrative, communication, interpersonal, computer, advocacy, evaluation and analytical skills.
Have an ability to strategically plan, organise and work on their own initiative.
1 x Full-Time (37.5 Hours) Social Care & Education Support Practitioner – Maternity Cover

Requirements:
