Chevron Training and Recruitment have an immediate requirement for a Training Manager to join their management team based in Wexford. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Irelands leading employment skills provider in an exciting and varied role. Chevron Training and Recruitment are a multi award winning training provider having won the prestigious EPA Business of the year award 2010. This is a permanent full-time position. Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for all training related activities within the company; Recruitment and management of all tutors; Agree contract arrangements for tutors; Manage the companys relationship with relevant certification bodies and ensure compliance with their specific quality assurance requirements; Assist the in-house quality assurance team with the development and implementation of quality procedures; Schedule classroom courses and arrange venues and equipment in accordance with the specific course requirements.
Skills Requirements
Experience Required: At least 3 years training management experience. Extensive experience leading quality assurance in a similar organisation. Must be familiar with certification bodies and compliance requirements. Key Skills: Proactive approach to supporting and developing others. Works with various teams and individuals in the business to develop appropriate solutions based on capacity, available resources and technological capability. Learns quickly when facing new problems.
