Description
Working under the guidance and instruction of the Project Manager to whom you shall report / Management of project databases, ensuring that these are well maintained / Planning of work activities, allocation of resources, issue of work programmes, staff rosters, work method statements / Liaising project related issues with sub-contractors, suppliers and client representatives / Carrying out site management roles as required / Deliver site briefings, toolbox talks to staff as may be required and maintain records of same / Implement and enforce H&S rules on site in accordance with legislation / Ensure that safe work practices are adhered to at all times / Undertake training deemed required by the company in order to fully perform your duties / Organize and deliver training sessions to staff, carry out assessments of staff performance and maintain records of same / Carry out site surveys on infrastructure assets and produce reports which will be issued to the Project Manager
Skills Requirements
Hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering. / Have a qualification in Occupational Health & Safety(Preferred but not decisive)/ Post qualification working experience, preferably within the Railway Industry with some knowledge of electrical traction systems and Railway Infrastructure Maintenance.(Preferred but not decisive)/ Have good IT skills, with working knowledge of CAD design, Project planning & CMMS Software
