Description

Duties will include: Provide technical support, primarily from office base, to field service technicians relating to technical electrical and mechanical issues with the wind turbines; Point of contact for technical queries from ENERCON customers and suppliers; Support and administration of hardware and software updates; Liaise closely with Dispatch Department with regards to both scheduled and unscheduled work; Liaise with warehouse co-ordinator to ensure an adequate and constant supply of stock and spare parts; Participation in weekend roster. The ideal candidate will have 3rd Level qualification in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent; Minimum of 2 years working in an Engineering, Manufacturing or Maintenance environment, ideally with fault finding experience; Good theoretical knowledge of mechanical and electrical components; An understanding and ability to interpret technical schematics.
