Project Engineering are a Mechanical Engineering Consulting Firm specialising in product design, research & development and machine certification. We currently have a vacancy for a Mechanical Engineer to work on product development projects. Duties will include working with clients to design new mechanical products, creating 3D CAD models, reviewing European & international standards, preparing engineering drawings and specifications, preparing instruction manuals and other technical documents. Project management skills will be required. The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification. A keen interest in engineering. Experience of mechanical engineering design. CAD skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English. Good organisational skills & initiative. Skills Requirements

A degree in Mechanical Engineering (Level 8). A keen interest in engineering. Experience of mechanical engineering design (work placement/college projects/hobbies). 3D CAD skills. Excellent communication skills both written and oral English. The ability to research, understand and apply technical documents. Strong interpersonal skills and good organisational skills & initiative.
