Description

Job Requirements: Direct experience and in depth knowledge of PLC controls systems such as Siemens ? Step 7, Allen-Bradley – RSLogix, ABB ? Automation Builder. SCADA development experience in the Wonderware suite of products (Intouch, System Platform, Historian, Win CC). Process experience and packaging machinery in the food / beverage industry. System Design (URS, FDS, SDS, FAT, SAT). Control System Design and implementation . Network troubleshooting skills and experience using diagnostic tools, sniffers, etc. Direct experience with Robots (ABB, Fanuc, Kuka) and programming language RAPID & KAREL. Overall knowledge of PLC based process control systems used in robotic work cells. Knowledge of PLC software such as Allen-Bradley RSLogix Siemens Step7. Communications/messaging using TCP/IP sockets to upper level / host systems. Experience of HMI / SCADA interfaces such as: RSView Studio, Wonderware, Iconics, Simatic WinCC. Electrical & Instrumentation knowledge.

Skills Requirements

Experience installing & maintaining controls networks and communications (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet,As-I, TCP/IP Messaging to Upper Level/Host Systems). Track record of successful automation projects. Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer relationship skills. An ability to work independently and interacting with a multi-disciplined team. Ability to apply Engineering principles in practical application.
