Description

Job Purpose: The position is responsible to ensure that all maintenance activities are implemented and monitored through Scheduled Planned Maintenance through the CMMS Systems. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Generation of daily, weekly, monthly maintenance forecasts. Communicate schedule in a timely manner to management & front line staff. Plan and align schedule in line with management priorities. Create, maintain & close preventative maintenance (PM) & corrective maintenance (CM) work orders in EAMs SIMS & QTS Systems. Generate quotations and purchase orders for materials. Prepare and report monthly on all PM & CM maintenance activities. Report and monitor aging analysis of calls and ensure we remain compliant with site specific KPIs. Generate detailed analysis of fault types and identify monthly trends. Generate weekly/monthly building fabric reports Generate monthly verification reports for the contract KPI meetings in set out timeframes.

Skills Requirements

Essential Experience, Skills and Personal Qualities: Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry (desirable but not essential). Shows creativity and courage in exploring new approaches to maintenance planning. Ability to empower and motivate others. Open to feedback, responds to coaching and is a skilled learner. Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. High Sense of Responsibility.
