Formed in 2008 Rosderra meats is Irelands largest international pig meat processing Company which supplies a full range of high quality pork and bacon products to its customers. As a result of our continuing development we are now seeking a Laboratory Technician is required for our Quality Team in Roscrea Co Tipperary. The successful candidate will carry out laboratory analysis / and sampling of products, write up all necessary documentation and reports. Knowledge of HACCP an advantage. This position will suit someone currently carrying out Lab Tech duties but wants to expand their experience into a quality environment.

Skills Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a relevant third level qualification in Food Science/Chemistry. Some experience in a laboratory would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be given. In addition the person must be careful, systematic, precise and have the ability to follow strict regulations and procedures. The ideal candidate must also be dependable, amiable and work well in a quality team.
