Description

Responsible, in conjunction with Team Leader and Engineer for shift output, quality and yield. Assist Quality / Engineering / Project Introduction with new material / systems / projects or trials in production when required. Support and assist Team Leader in resolving day to day problems encountered in the area. In conjunction with the production supervisor carry out duties such as: carton coding, leaflet cutting, coding set up, room set up etc. Record and inform the Chief Engineer on all spare parts required and used. Other duties at the discretion of the Production Supervisor/ Chief Engineer. Ensure safe work practices are being followed at all times, and report any defects on Interlocking guard faults immediately to the Safety Officer. Ensure that all activities are in compliance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing practice. Ensure excellence in housekeeping.
