Description

This position will require the successful candidate to carry out maintenance tasks on high speed automated equipment and is ideally suited to candidates with experience in engineering or manufacturing. + 7 yrs mechanical/electrical/electronics/IT hands on maintenance experience. Hold a relevant third level qualification. Must have worked in a high volume manufacturing environment. Would ideally have worked on all aspects of general maintenance and technical cleaning. Have experience in using CMMS and working with PM programs. Must have a strong knowledge of automated and conveying systems. Ideally the person will have a competent level of understanding in the area of troubleshooting of PLC, pneumatics, mechanical, IT and electronic/electrical systems. Must have strong communication skills and problem solving ability. Experience at reading Technical Drawings and understanding the drawings as part of day to day work, is critical to the job.
