We are currently recruiting for an Office administrator for our manufacturing facility.The successful candidate must have excellent communication, reception &administrative and computing skills. They should be capable of undertaking secretarial, clerical and administrative duties in timely & efficient manner. Responsibilities include;Acting as the first point of contact for staff, clients and visitors.Assisting with the completion of any documentation required.General office administration & duties which may be assigned from time to time by the general manager & managing director. Ordering Materials / equipment/ office stationary. rder processing, producing reports.Assisting financial accountant with duties, entering invoices, reconciling supplier accounts..Provide assistant to projects as required.Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.Professional communication.
Skills Requirements
Experience in a Customer Service / Administrative setting a distinct advantage. Must be available immediately.Ability to answer high volume customer queries. Proficient in MS Office and Windows. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.Highly motivated with a can do attitude. Team player who can also work on own initiativ. Excellent interpersonal skills.
