Description
Carry out all administration duties and provide administrative support to other staff members. Duties to include dealing with customers, both in person and by telephone, word processing, maintaining ISO quality management and CE Certification files. Procurement of materials. Processing and data entry of accounts.
Skills Requirements
Excellent administrative, organisation and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent PC skills (Word Excel & Powerpoint). Sound judgement & problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task, work on own initiative as well as part of team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in TAS Books or similar accounts package.
