Description
Main duties & responsibilities: Prepare weekly / monthly files for payroll. Complete payroll reports weekly as required for Finance & HR Dept. Fulfill all legal and statutory requirements to Revenue – P30s, P45s, P60s & P35s. Reconcile general ledger for all payroll accounts. Management reporting KPI. Submitting CSO returns. Detailed variance reporting to budget. Timely resolution of payroll queries. Maintain accurate and up to date employee master data in all systems. Supporting Audit queries. Documenting policies and procedures. Improving internal controls. Keeping up to date with all PAYE/PRSI legislation.
Skills Requirements
Required skills, qualifications and experience: Ideally the candidate will be a Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS), or have a Diploma in Payroll Management. Minimum of 2 years experience in processing payroll. Experiencing of using SAGE Micropay essential. Experience in TMS is an advantage. Accounts Technician Part Qualified. Strong exposure to Excel and accounting software. Ability to report to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
