The post holder will:
To manage a caseload of service users who are currently out of work/seeking employment receiving specialist mental health services who wish to return to work or access self-employment options
To develop a number of social enterprise facilities across CHO1 to assess and prepare people with mental health difficulties for employment opportunities.
To provide individualized support to service users once they have commenced work in the social enterprise to assist them in sustaining employment
To provide education and support to business groups, employers on the model of social enterprise developing opportunities for employment/social enterprise for service users which may include negotiating adjustments, return to work strategy and on-going contract with the employer to ensure job retention.
Essential Skills
Minimum Experience Required:
2 Years in a Business/HR/Health/Social Care/Supported Employment/related environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to a variety of audiences.
Ability to build relationships/network with employers and businesses
Conscientious and professional
Computer Literacy (Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel)
Excellent interpersonal skills and boundary management abilities.
Team oriented, able to take direction and work to company standards and procedures.
Can effectively manage time to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
Full Driving License and own transport
