Description
The role of the Technical Co-ordinator to ensure the company meets its obligation in relation to Food Safety, Quality & Legality and to advise the company of any improvements required to meet domestic, EU and customer requirements. To ensure the company is compliant with all domestic and EU regulations. To collate, interpret and implement customer specifications for products and to continuously monitor products against these specifications to ensure customer requirements are achieved. Skills requirement: 5years in a Quality control role; 5years in a Quality control role; 1-2yrs experience in a Senior Food Quality role; Food Science degree; Knowledge of slaughter halls; Knowledge of BRC and Bord Bia stds; Experience in leading audits; Proactive individual with people management skills
