The Irish Council for Social Housing is the National Representative Federation for non-profit housing associations (also known as Approved Housing Bodies) in Ireland. The ICSH has 280 members in a sector that collectively manage over 30,000 homes for families, older people, formerly homeless and people with disabilities.
The ICSH comprises a small busy team serving Members’ development, management and governance needs as well as developing and influencing policy. This is an exciting time for the sector with increased expectations for enhanced housing delivery in the coming years, together with a new regulatory environment, both for the organisation and its landlord tenant arrangements.
The role of housing associations has expanded in the last decade to meet the growing needs of a range of tenants and in order to build on this and to achieve further development of the sector, we are offering the following opportunity to someone who has the motivation and skills to play their part in these changes.
