Assistant Bar Manager required for bar and restaurant in Dublin 6. Full time permanent position with a safe and secure Employer. This position will have you act as no.2 to the overall premises General Manager, and fill for them on their days off. Duties will mainly revolve around the bar itself, but you will also oversee the food operation making sure this side of the business runs smoothly also. We are looking for an experienced and strong Bar Person with a good presence behind the bar. This is a full hands on role and you will be expected to provide leadership to the bar staff and floor staff. There is a high service level here so we are looking for a professional, customer focused person with an outgoing and friendly personality. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed as you will be expected to motive, train and lead a team. Attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills essential. You must be trustworthy and have references.
