Description
As Assistant Manager, your role will involve: Assisting in the smooth running of the Restaurant, whilst providing leadership to their team, dealing with the day to day operations, customer service, people management and food quality. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE: Minimum of 3-4 years management experience in the fast food industry. Experience in team lead or supervisory experience. To ensure the highest standard of customer service is given to all customers at all times. To ensure duties and functions of staff members are carried out effectively and efficiently. To ensure merchandising and presentation of the department is to the highest standard at all times. To ensure company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Ensure hygiene standards are to the highest standards including a comprehensive HACCP plan for department. Ensure Goods In procedures are adhered to. Achieve Sales Targets and Margins as agreed with store manager.
Skills Requirements
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Professional Attitude. Excellent Organisational Skills. Excellent Communication Skills. Possess management/supervisory experience in the catering sector. Fast Food experience is desirable. Calm and level headed under pressure. Excellent People Management and Interpersonal Skills.
