Description
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic staff who are passionate about providing excellent service. Your main role: Manage daily bar operations, take responsibility for food and beverage service standards, cocktails, wines; special events, guest relations, motivate and supervise staff, guide staff when required; resolve problems as they arrive; monitor and control staffing levels in line with business levels. Reporting directly to the Bar Manager.
Skills Requirements
Requirements:Have 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally at 4* level. Be well presented and maintain a professional image at all times through appearance. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Be friendly, outgoing attitude and personality. Have fluent English. Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service. Have the ability to work as part of a team, flexible. Have a good knowledge of food and wine.
