The Market House is a recently opened business in Ennistymon in Co. Clare. The Market House is a foodhall which is home to an artisan butchers, deli and cafe and requires a chef/cook to produce high quality dishes for breakfast, prep for lunch and some baking. This job provides the perks of being a day time position, 5 days per week between Monday and Saturday, all year round. Experience required: A minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef/Cook in a busy establishment. Passion and enthusiasm for sourcing and using fresh, local, seasonal produce. Extensive knowledge of food, presentation and hygiene standards. HAACP Training required. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Skills Requirements
HACCP training Ability to work by oneself and also to take direction when required. An interest in gourmet, fresh product.
