Description
To oversee the preparation and cooking of meals in the unit. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a diverse community. Knowledge of Asian foods is desirable. To implement and maintain high standards in food hygiene, service and presentation (HACCP & Health & Safety legislation). To assist in service as required. Ability to work on own initiative. Flexibility and strong organisational skills. Monday to Sunday, 5 over 7, morning and evening shifts included
