We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy General Manager with strong Food and Beverage experience for a popular 4 star property in Cork. They are seeking a vibrant and ambitious candidate with a strong knowledge of food/beverage and current hospitality trends. This role will involve leading, inspiring and motivating the different hotel teams to exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality and exceptional customer service, willing to share their passion for the industry with staff. Skills Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Hotel Management qualifications at least 3 year course. Recent previous 4 star managerial experience in an English speaking 100 + bedroom hotel. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the hotel including F&B, Front Office, Accommodation. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills. Can bring that interest and ambition to the table, a presence and positive confident communications skills.
