Description
Due to recent increased levels of business within the Slieve Russell hotel, we now invite applicants for the following position: Working closely with the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day Management of operations in this very busy provincial hotel whilst planning ahead to deliver business goals. The ideal candidate will have proven excellent communication, leadership, organisational, people and financial Management skills as well as a determination to excel in a progressive environment and have a commitment to maintain and manage the existing high standards of excellent service across the Hotel. Capability of working on your own initiative, strong self- motivation with the ability to make effective decisions is required. At least three years Management experience in a senior position with extensive knowledge in all areas of Hotel operations is required.
