Duty Manager – Kilmurry Lodge Hotel – Limerick

The Duty Manager will oversee the operation of the Hotel whilst on duty and ensure that a consistently high standard/quality of service, product and customer care is delivered at all times. To work as part of the management team to be innovative with regards proposals and ideas to increase all over business sales. To lead and to be able to multi task in a fast paced environment, and to manage functions and in the hotel. To assist with the training of employees where necessary, and to ensure the Health & Safety of employees and guests. The candidate must have 2 years experience in a similar role. Experience using a Front Office / Reception computer System. High levels of enthusiasm and motivation. Can use their own initiative and in a team. Must be flexible and committed to succeed in a fast-paced diverse workplace. Must be standards driven and detail-oriented. Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
