Food and Beverage Manager – Dooleys Hotel – Waterford

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to look after all F&B areas in a three star hotel. You need to have good operational skills and a proven track record in excellent service and standards. This role will require achieving sales targets and budgets for all food and beverage areas within the hotel. Previous experience in a busy three/four star hotel is a key requirement for this role. This exciting role will require the candidate to manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel bar, restaurant, and conference and events department.

Skills Requirements
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job. Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction. Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing in order to prepare official memorandum and correspondence.
