Full time Front Office Receptionist required. Must be fluent in English and have a good knowledge of a computerised reservation system, manage a busy switchboard, deal with advanced reservations, Cash Stream and reservation conversions. Ideal candidate must have good organisational skills, ability to Multi-task, work flexible hours and be Friendly and welcoming to develop a good rapport with Guests. The successful candidate will: * Ideally have 2 years experience in a similar role. * Be a team player and completely focused on customer service. * Have excellent organisational skills. * Be fluent in English. * Be extremely passionate and confident in sales. * Attention to detail and accuracy in their work. * Friendly and outgoing personality. * Professional manner.
