Description
Chef qualifications at least 2 year course Recent previous experience as a Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef in a busy, but organised 4* star hotel/restaurant kitchen. Extensive knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation. Proven success at leading a team to achieve high standards. Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and motivational skills. Ability to motivate team. Sound knowledge and passion for food. Thorough knowledge of HACCP. Thorough knowledge of kitchen management. Honest, reliable and hardworking. Demonstrate knowledge of cost structures and budget.
