Manage all Kitchen related issues. Manage and maintain staff. Training Staff. Manage food ordering and stock levels. Assist in achieve financial targets. Manage wastage. Portion controls. Standardize recipes. Improve productivity in kitchens. HACCP Management. Set and maintain standards in food quality and taste. Plan and create monthly promotions. Motivate and assist staff to achieve agreed targets. Must have experience as a Head Chef in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of Asian cuisine dishes will be an advantage.
