Description
Minimum Requirements: Chef qualifications at least 2 year course; Recent previous experience as a Head Chef/Sous Chef in a busy, but organised 4* star hotel/restaurant kitchen; Extensive knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation; Proven success at leading a team to achieve high standards; Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and motivational skills; Ability to motivate team; Sound knowledge and passion for food; Thorough knowledge of HACCP; Thorough knowledge of kitchen management; Honest, reliable and hardworking; Demonstrate knowledge of cost structures and budge.
