Description

Treacys Hotel is looking to recruit another duty manager for their hotel in Waterford. The duty manager will be responsible for all departments of the hotel during their shift including duties such as the smooth running of the hotel while managing staff and making sure the customers receive the highest standards of service. This positions main focus is on the restaurant department including staff training, organisation of all stock and managing the restaurant during service. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a hotel or have undertaken a trainee management programme. The position is very hands on position and not office based, excellent inter-personal skills are needed and the Ideal candidate will also have excellent leadership, communication and organisation skills. Fluent English is essential.
