Description
Duties will include: checking guests in and out, handling guest queries, making reservations by email phone and fax, cash handling and other general front of house duties. Must be willing to work shifts which include some weekend days. Previous experience in a similar position essential.Excellent communication & customer Care skills. Fluent spoken and written English is essential as are computer skills. A working knowledge of Protel or a similar hotel reservations system is an advantage although full training on the system and daily operations will be provided. Must have the ability to multitask, be self Motivated and enthusiastic. Candidates must be well presented and have a good knowledge of the customer care standards required within the hospitality industry.
