We are currently recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join a 4 star hotel operation in Cork. This is a fixed term contract (April to November). Responsibilities for all aspects of HR role. To promote a helpful and professional image at all times and give full co-operation to any employee requiring assistance with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude. Contribute to the profitability of the Hotel. Create an environment which promotes employee morale and encourages the team to have pride in their work and a high level of commitment when delivering memorable services to our guests. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, be hard working, highly motivated and be able to liaise in a professional way with the existing team. Skills Requirements
Should hold a CIPD or HR qualification. At least 2 years recent industry experience in a 4/5*Hotel in a similar HR role. Have a proven track record in delivering one to one and group training workshops. Possess excellent communication and analytical skills with a strong knowledge of employment legislation. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the HR Manager role including payroll, budgets, industrial relations, Health & safety work practices, employee relation initiatives, appraisal system.
