Aclare House Nursing Home are currently recruiting a Kitchen Assistant in a busy kitchen located in Dun Laoghaire. The Kitchen Assistant will have previous experience in a similar role Clear understanding of HACCP; Must be knowledgeable of food preparation standards; Cleanliness level must be maintained to a high standard; Daily dishwashing; Rubbish & grease removal; Kitchen cleaning & deep cleaning and Eligibility to work in Ireland. This role is a variable hour�??s position and therefore hours of work would be based on business needs.
