Beverage Manager required for The Slieve Russell Hotel, Golf & Country Club, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of all beverage outlets in this busy provincial hotel to ensure that the highest standards of service, hygiene and quality are consistently delivered. You will have the ability to maintain and manage existing stock control measures in beverage stocks, labour costs, operational costs and waste management. Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, people and financial management skills are essential as well as a determination to excel in a progressive environment and have a commitment to high service delivery of food and beverage standards.
