Description
The Chopstix Restaurant Manager has to ensure that the Chopstix restaurant operates efficiently and make sure to deliver hot fresh food, in a clean and friendly restaurant, giving our customers a great experience every time. The manager must coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet. Managers are responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, quality and health and safety, upholding Chopstixs brand values.
Skills Requirements
Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders. Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up. Practices inventory control standards. Schedules and supervises staff as needed. Performs paperwork duties as needed. Trains newer or less experienced staff in their tasks and responsibilities.
