Office Administrator / Switchboard Operator – Stillorgan Park Hotel – Dublin 18

Description

To arrive for work on time and in proper uniform. Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming. Manage all incoming calls to the hotel ensuring that they are routed appropriately and efficiently. Responsible for general office equipment maintenance & supplies. Manage all incoming faxes to the hotel ensuring they are distributed to the appropriate recipients. Handle any other administration/front office duties as assigned by Front Office Manager. General office duties typing, faxing etc. Carry out our customer relations policy ensuring that we maintain 4 Star standards at all times. Adhere to all Fire, Safety and Hygiene regulations and to comply with the Health and Safety at work act 2005. Report and where possible take action on incidents of accidents or damage in the Hotel. Familiarise and adhere to Company Policies and procedures as outlined in your staff handbook. Ensure that necessary steps are taken to safeguard Company money, goods and assets.
