Reception / Administration Assistant – Westgrove Hotel – Kildare

Description

The intern will gain practical experience in: reception and telephone duties, accounts, Word and Excel. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following: Hotsoft Reservation System, dealing with queries, liaising with Hotel Guests and general admin duties within the company. On completion the intern will have attained skills in: General office admin duties, interacting with customers and accounts

Skills Requirements

Polite and friendly manner, punctual and well presented. Please Note: This is an Internship. An allowance of €50 per week will be paid in addition to your current Social Welfare payment.
