Our client, a leading 4 star hotel based in Wexford have an immediate requirement for a Reception Manager. This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity to join the fast paced management team of this award winning hotel. Responsibilities: Management of day to day front desk operations and reservations; Leading and motivating a team of receptionists Working closely with the reservations manager to achieve targets; Ensuring Guest satisfaction at all times; Weekly/Monthly reports. Experience Required: At least 2 years front office management experience desirable. Key Skills: Strong leadership skills; Resourceful and flexible individual with the ability to hit the ground running.
