Description
Parknasilla Resort and Spa require applications for the role of Reservations Agent for their very busy Reservations department for the upcoming season. The Hotel includes 83 bedrooms in the Hotel, 24 two bed roomed lodges and 38 three bed roomed villas. The role will involve work working weekends and the shifts will be determined with how busy the reservations department is at any given time. The Hotel are looking to recruit an experienced reservations agent to compliment and assist the current personnel in the reservations department. Prerequisites for the role include: Previous experience in a reservations role in a busy hotel; Experience in micros fidelio front office reservations system would be desirable; Possess excellent telephone sales techniques; Team player; Perform well under pressure; Have knowledge of booking engines e.g. bookings.com .
