General operations & over seeing the daily running of both Restaurant & Accomodation areas. Assessing & improving profitability. Training & supervising staff. Handling customer enquiries & complaints. Overseeing stock levels & menu plans with Chefs. Ensuring all departments are compliant with hasp & paperwork is up to date. Skills Requirement: 3 years or more experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector; Honest; Excellent customer service skills; Organisational skills; Flexible & Hardworking.
