Description

Restaurant/Bar Manager – New opening Cocktails/canapés/food. Skills Requirement: Food & Beverage qualifications at least 2 year course. At least 3 years recent previous experience as a Restaurant /Bar Manager/ in an English speaking restaurant preferably in Ireland. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Restaurant& Bar Management role including rostering, purchasing, reservations. Must be totally knowledgeable of all purchasing and costing of foods, beverages and wages.
