Description
We are currently recruiting for an energetic and motivated individual to support the running of a restaurant in Cork. The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of consistent high standards of service to our customers and to develop and build relationships with colleagues. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, be hard working, highly motivated and be able to liase in a professional way with the existing team. On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience or requiring a work permit are requested not to apply.
Skills Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Food & Beverage qualifications at least 2 year course. At least 3 years recent previous experience as a Restaurant Manager/Operations Manager in a 100-seater English speaking restaurant. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Restaurant Management role; including rostering, purchasing, reservations, costings, wages etc Ensure staff involved in food preparation and service receive full training.
